These date have a lot of implications for our indo-european forebears in the Bronze Age.

What does it mean for their IQ?

PRS = 0,2 means IQ = 100.

So, there are several possibilities:

A.

PRS 0 = IQ 92,5 (Early farmers / Indo-European's)

PRS -0,2 = IQ 85 (Mesolithic people)

B.

PRS 0 = IQ 90 (Early farmers / Indo-European's)

PRS -0,2 = IQ 80 (Mesolithic people)

C.

PRS 0 = IQ 85 (Early farmers / Indo-European's)

PRS -0,2 = IQ 70 (Mesolithic people)

I think, A. or B. is correct, isn't it?

Fascinating stuff. What does PRS refer to? Polygenic something Score?

It would be interesting to know how PRS translates into phenotypic differences in skin color, height, IQ, etc.

Intelligence seems to have jumped quite a bit between the paleolithic and neolithic, but been relatively stable since. Consistent with the 10,000 Year Explosion, perhaps.

I didn't write PRS anywhere, but that's polygenic risk score, a variant of polygenic score (PGS) for medical contexts.

Thanks. You didn't write it, but it's the y-axis of all of the plots.
