Being an advocacy group is often the same as being a hate group. Nothing wrong with hate groups as I see it, just tired of their lies and misbegotten status as 'fighting hate'.

We don't need statistics to know how dangerous black communities are. White or black, just take a leisurely stroll through "the hood" and see what happens.

Can Pareto and Price be applied on the stats as well in some fashion (or maybe something specific is already out there in raw stats) to show how such a small subset of the 13 is accounting for a drastic proportion of the total? Just addressing a small extreme tail would have a tremendous impact overall but must profoundly on minority groups who also comprise the vast majority of the violence victims.

Wouldn’t the other 99% violent criminals fill the niche of those 1% who were arrested, at least partially, attenuating the overall effect?
