This anarchy is baked into the political system of the United States down to the local level, even in rural areas due to the way the US dollar acts as the world's reserve currency: Dispensing its "blessings" from the corrupt central authorities in DC, NYC, etc. down even to your local sheriff's office equipment.
So long as people keep relying for their most-vital transactions (food, utilities, shelter, critical medical care) on the centrally dispensed fiat money, and the associated dispensation of the positive network externalities of civilization, this anarchy will increase but female hypergamy will not find itself in fertile relationships.
Local currency backed by property taxes that are paid out directly to the military aged men of the local evenly is probably the best approach when it comes to creating the kind of self-organizing militia required by Western individualism. Fantasizing about how we are somehow going to be able to indoctrinate the individuality out of Western man is about as realistic as fantasizing we are going to be able to indoctrinate high total fertility rates out of Nigerians.
I forgot where I read this. After WWII, the Soviet Union was in shambles. A lot of men were killed in the war and so there were more women than men. They started a campaign to increase the population. And they largely succeeded. I think this was the case in Japan also post WWII since a lot of men died during the war.
