One thing that perhaps could be of note is that female bisexuals are mostly just straight women riding the LGBTQ trend and otherwise high openness/quirky/promiscuous women. They could functionally be lumped in the het women category.

The charts above say literally nothing about the gender composition of partners of female bisexuals. If bisexual women are more promiscuous (which may well be possible), an obvious alternative option is that they're more promiscuous _with each other_. In other words, "raise your standards of accusing someone of faking orientation", as Scott Alexander puts it.
I'd say that the women who hate men still love sex, they just raise the bar for having sex with them very high in the dominance department, they inadvertently make themselves as masculine as possible by acting out the male role to filter out the types of men that will not satisfy them sexually (they still want to be dominated and owned like every woman deep inside.) and actively vent their frustrations at the same time. These women are very often into extreme sex and fantasies involving gay men.
This really is to say both too feminine and too masculine lead down a "deviant" path.
