As to why the population statistics are what they are, any causal analysis must necessarily have data on behavior during consensual sex, including in the native populations of Africa, Asia, and highly-Mestizo countries. A beautiful quadroon told me that she doesn't have sex with black men because "they're too aggressive. They don't do slow-hand. Railing is their only technique." It's not implausible that different sexual approaches were adaptive in a winter shelter versus in a banana grove. The real explanation for why the statistics are so different will involve developing a g-factor approach to an individual's probability of being a rapist with variables like life satisfaction, physicality, risk-reward ratio, and probable racial differences in consensual sexual behavior of men.
Not sure about using dating app reply rates as a proxy for attractiveness since there are a lot of other factors that might influence whether or not someone replies on a dating app other than just appearance.
I would also say that, between white women and asian women, to the extent that asian women have an advantage it's probably due to the relative rates of obesity for each group. I would think that if you were to control for weight white women would probably come out on top.
This study that I found which asks strictly about attractiveness shows a fairly strong preference for white women (and men). At any rate, black women rate very poorly in all data.

I'm not sure exactly what you accomplished in this article. The majority of the data you used still have the sampling problem as indicated by the asterisk, and given the rarity of samples over 10 for thus comparison it is questionable to how plentiful the exceptional years were in this regard.
By contrast, Lawrence Auster's commenter use of the data came towards a difference that at least matches the magnitude seen in Sexual homicide arrests by victimization.
EDIT: further, very familiar with the CoC 2005 report and you are going to notice a pattern. The most common violent crime they controll for, aggravated assault, is almost entirely explained by the factors they control for.
Robbery is obviously influenced by income differences, as a career criminal is going to notice patterns in income differences and also possibly tradeoffs with recourse in robbery clearances by race (more due to witness cooperation rather than Individual willingness to report).
The Rape data, as said, is doubtful. Even NIBRS data from the late 1990s and early 2000s, which shows a huge disparity, reports way more Black Women who claim to be raped by a white perp than around 10.

But even then, New York is a terrible example as, at least using current Arrest data and 20th century survey data, it was mainly intraracial for black offenders. In less Black areas, like closer to the West Coast, the data shows higher Interracial rape. See, Curtis, Lebeau and Sampson using survey data.
Finally, a flaw rarely mentioned when using NCVS. At best it can tell you, assuming virtual honesty, the amount of people victimized at least once by a perp. It can neither account for a perp serial offending or, more likely, a victim being repeatedly victimized within a year especially if it is within a particular crime. This is ignoring somewhat more minor concerns on how they may categorize arguably different types of victimization events.
Steve Sailer also brings up another point on whether the most victimized inner city victims are either captured or respond honestly to the survey due to victimization. We know this occurs to some degree with report of bullying among students.
There's a show popular here in the UK called "Love Island", where a whole bunch of hot people are placed in a villa, they couple up, and the public votes for the couple they deem most compatible.
I mention it because the way it usually plays out aligns with your attractiveness point:
1. Black women are typically only chosen by black men,
2. Multiracial women (half-black, half-white) are chosen by all races,
3. For some reason the public does not vote as much for black men or women. We all know these things to be true, especially if we live in an area with a high percentage of both black and white people. Why do they hide it? Why do they want to stop tracking it? These are facts, not opinions or judgments. I don't understand the white people who hate their own people. Guilt has been applied in such a psychological way. I also don't think we can move forward as a country (wherever that may be) until we acknowledge and confront these facts. Pretending this isn't true is dangerous (mostly to white people, of course). Why do we have elites that want to subjugate white people? Looks like it's working.
